Thank you, Chema :-)

Cutaneous metastases from carcinoma (...) are relatively uncommon in clinical practice, but they are very important to recognize. Cutaneous metastasis may herald the diagnosis of internal malignancy, and early recognition can lead to accurate and prompt diagnosis and timely treatment.

[Just for the record (and surprisingly enough) I do not have the option to include an agree to Charles' answer. And so here it goes; Agree ;)]

skin metastasis / cutaneous metastasis

Both are correct but "skin metastasis" is more common. Maybe someone will come up with a better term, but I think this is what it would be called in English.

"metástasis cutánea
metàstasi cutània, n f
letàlide, n f sin. compl.
es letálide
es metástasis cutánea
fr métastase cutanée
it metastasi cutanea

"Cutaneous metastasis (plural ‘metastases’) refers to the growth of cancer cells in the skin originating from internal cancer."

"Cutaneous metastases are infrequent in dermatology; they may be the first sign of disease and the first signal of progression. Cutaneous metastases usually have the same distribution by sex than primary neoplasms. [...]"
