Regulators and other authorities acting as processors or joint controllers based inside or outside the EU who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.

Interne Dritte/Drittanbieter etc. liefert wenig überzeugende Treffer und ich persönlich finde, es widerspricht auch der Idee einer "third party" (unaffiliated). Die Erklärung, die nachgeschoben wird macht schon klar, worum es sich handeln soll, aber der Begriff "internal third party" will mir nicht so runter.
