Spanish term

imputación de descuento

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Accounting Online billing, taxes...
SPAIN/LATAM. I know that there are several glossary entries for "imputación", but the question here is which is the most appropriate form to use in the context.

In this case, the term appears in some software strings. The strings I have to translate are as follows:

"Imputación de dto. 1
Imputación de dto. 2
Imputación de dto. 3"

And here is an example of its use in a 'normal' sentence:

"El impuesto que origine los ingresos así determinados, no podrá disminuirse mediante la imputación de descuento alguno."

discount rate

The previous answer 'application of discount' is appropriate as the word 'imputación' can mean 'positioning', which might be about product labelling of prices, but without more information it's difficult to be more specific or accurate. I suggested 'rate of discount' or 'discount rate' because the information shows discounts being placed in numerical order.
Example sentence:

The tax which originates the such like determined deposits will not be reduced by any discount rate (or the positioning/application of discount).

El impuesto que origine los ingresos así determinados no podrá disminuirse mediante la imputación de descuento alguno.

by discounting (applying a discount to) the selling price

What is meant here is that the tax (VAT) can not be reduced by discounting the selling price. The price can be discounted, but the tax remains the same.

Being a software string, maybe it just means "Input of discount No 1 ......No 2 etc
Note from asker:
Thanks for that. So far, I'm using the literal "discount imputation"...
