bodies of public administration / administrative bodies
Just to propose another alternative - as there is no direct translation of 'urząd', and therefore no clear difference in English between the translation of 'organ' (in this particular context) and 'urząd', and being a fan of economy with words, I would suggest translating both as one term.
That being said, the other proposed translations are also most correct!

: "Organ" is not a synonym for "organ administracyjny" (administrative body/authority). There are "organy wymiaru sprawiedliwości" (judicial authorities) as well. In this context, "organ" is used in a broad sense.

organs and authorities/offices
According to art. 10 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, the system of the Republic of Poland is based on the division and balance of legislative, executive and judiciary power. Legislative power is exercised by the Sejm and the Senate, the executive President of the Republic of Poland and the Council of Ministers, and the judiciary by courts and tribunals. Within the central organs, two types are distinguished: 1) primate organs; 2) other central authorities, referred to as “central offices”. The central authorities cover the territory of the whole state. Central administrative organs are distinguished in the category of central authorities. These are the organs included in the Council of Ministers. The prime ministries include: the Council of Ministers and the organs that make up it. Currently, the view prevails that the division into organs and central offices is not justified, because they are not constitutional.

The Constitution provides for a tripartite separation of powers: the Legislature, the Executive and the Judiciary. The Government is the organ of State exercising the executive power of government, the two houses of parliament comprising the Oireachtas (of which the President is the titular head, in addition to his or her constitutional status as Head of State) exercise the legislative power of government, and the courts established by Article 34 of the Constitution exercise the judicial power of government. This ensures that no one organ of State may interfere with the functions ascribed to the other two. Articles 12 to 14 set out the functions of the President of Ireland, who is the Head of State. The powers vested in the President are largely ceremonial although several discretionary powers are also provided for under the terms of the Constitution. Notwithstanding the separation of powers the Courts exercise a constitutional function in reviewing the constitutionality and legality of actions of the other organs of State.
The Courts established by Article 34 of the Constitution, the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal and the High Court, constitute the judicial organ of government. Article 6 of the Constitution provides that all powers of government-legislative, executive and judicial-derive from the people and goes on to state that "These powers of Government are exercisable only by or on the authority of the organs of State establised by this Constitution."

Organ jest normalnym słowem w angielskim, tylko rzadziej używanym w tym znaczeniu, co u nas. Dziękuję za komentarz.
