The Local Authority filed its final evidence on 19th February 2022. The Local Authority plan is for P, R, D, E and So to remain living with Ms R with no order in place. All five children will become subject to a Child in Need plan. The Local Authority plan is for D. to remain in Local Authority foster care under a full Care Order.

| Se referă mai mult la plasament în contextul pe care îl am. Ordin de plasament și îngrijire, poate. Până acum așa l-am folosit fiindcă uneori era plasată în grija unui părinte, dar autoritatea locală își păstra anumite responsabilități parentale asupra copilului. Mă încurcă mai mult „full”. Nu știu dacă există un termen consacrat în limba română. Placement Orders are similar to Care Orders under the Children Act 1989. The Local Authority has been entrusted with the care of the child by the Court. It is for the Authority to take responsibility for the child and decide where placement is in the best interests and to manage the placement on a daily basis. |

Cred că full se referă la faptul că nu e interim care order, deci rămâne în grija Autorității Locale până când împlinește 18 ani. Apoi ei decid care ar fi varianta de îngrijire care e în interesul superior al copilului, de exemplu, plasament pe termen lung la asistenta maternală la care a stat pe durata Interim Care Order.
Placement Order pe care l-ai menționat e încredințare în vederea adopției, deci copilul e „placed” la familia adoptatoare pe o anumită perioadă, după care se emite Adoption Order și adopția devine permanentă.

Cred că poți să îi spui și Încredințare în grija Autorității Locale. Nu știu dacă avem un echivalent exact în România.
