Spanish term

Antipoliomielítica R.N.

Spanish to English Medical Medical: Health Care Vaccination certificate
I can't find what the R.N. stands for on this Venezuelan vaccination certificate, which seems to be followed with the space for a date.

Polio vaccine, newborn

R.N. = recien nacido?
There seems to be some debate as to what ages the term "newborn" or "neonate" designates, but some sources cite it as up to 2 months old, which is when the first polio vaccine dose is normally given.
