English term

executory title

English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general) Claims
"In respect of the situation in Romania, we were advised by a Romanian lawyer that in order to find out information about a Deceased’s estate in Romania, we would need to have an executory title against the Deceased or the Deceased’s Estate. If such a decision does not exist, the only other option is to submit a claim to the Court for ‘garnishment measures’ against the Estate."

Muchas gracias, Luis.
agree Adrian MM. : In BrE & IrE, an enforceable judgment (debt). In E&W, is routinely a 'CCJ' namely a registered - and dreaded - County Court Judgment (Scots law spelling: judgement).
