: I'm not sure about this. It clearly isn't an over-the-counter product, assuming that's what OTC means. On the other hand, LPT is probably English anyway.

Yes, OTC does mean "over the-counter (drug)" ("rezeptfreies/frei verkäufliches Arzneimittel/Medikament" in German).
