Spanish term

Foraminas neurales libres

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) MRI
I am translating an MRI report from Peru and have come across this term in isolation under "Hallazgos Radiológicos."

It is unspecified what they are "free" of and I am not finding anything in any medical literature when I search "free neural foramina."

Thanks in advance!
