yes, I would scrap "primary and secondary" especially as there are no hits for this in relation to lymph node chains.
I suggested this answer because it was the only site that gave an explanation to the meaning.

Somewhere around some reference documents, I found, as you indicate, "lymph node chains", but I'm struggling to express primera y segunda in English. I also came across your results, but I'm not sure if that's the case, because I basically have no idea on the matter. So I've basically been searching for ways of expressing it as first/primary, second/secondary... together with nodal basin, ganglia chain...but not many results if any along those lines. You specialise in that field. Should I scrap trying to use first/primary or second/secondary and express it as paravertebral and prevertebral? Would that make sense as an accurate translation (I know, there's not much context)? I'm not betting much on it actually being correct in Spanish, as I can't find many results on it either, and it actually says "ganglional" instead of "ganglionar", in addition to other mistakes throughout the text. |
