When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

Mortuary ≠ Morgue
Mortuaries and funeral homes both provide services to the families of a recently-deceased person. Both facilities offer similar services, but mortuaries are more likely to have cremation services, which are less common in funeral homes. Generally, funeral homes are more adept at planning a funeral or memorial services, and they are more likely to offer help with grief counseling. However, a director at a mortuary may have the skills to help plan a memorial service as well. If a funeral home does not have a licensed embalmer or crematorium, they may work with a mortuary to offer full service to clients.

A morgue is a government place for temporarily toe-tagging and housing dead bodies in cold storage until their family (if they have any) claims their. (Usually the second-last stop prior to burial or cremation.)
It’s like a refrigerated death locker with an administrative and records staff.
A mortuary is a (usually private-business-owned) place for transacting end-of-life ceremonies and viewing and honoring of corpses. It's supposed to be a gentle, supportive place where loved ones can gather and mourn their loss.
In reality it's often said to fall short of the above mission, and to instead be where opportunists exploit a pressure-filled moment in people's lives and soak them for big money. (Usually the last stop prior to burial or cremation.)

In the United States, a mortuary is a funeral home. A morgue is a place where dead bodies are stored. Its name is a synonym for “morgue”. In Britain, the words are interchangeable, but some people prefer the former for a more dignified environment. In North America, the word is more common. In the UK, the word morgue refers to a funeral home.
