Během hospitalizace byla u pacienta zjištěna opakovaně *dekorigovaná* AH, proto došlo k posílení antihypertenzní terapie, kromě již užívané kombinace ACE inhibitoru, diuretika ... byl do medikace postupně přidán betablokátor (metoprolol 25 mg), doxazosin 4 mg a rilmenidin 1 mg denně.
