Does this mean something like 'make sympathetic sounds'? Or 'say a prayer' in my heart? Or say 'it will be okay?'
The context is a man's wife is fighting with his mother. He is the one speaking here.

أصمت أو أقول "كلمة خير" وأخزّن كل ذلك في قلبي.
