Danish to English Tech/Engineering Automotive / Cars & Trucks steering system on a bicycle/pedal cycle

XXX's patenterede styresystem er forsynet med en justerbar styrdæmper som medvirker til stabil og afslappet kørsel.

This is really basically an 'ordinary' cycle or 'budcykel' with 'rugbrødsmotor', but it has a cabin in front for children or possibly luggage, and the client is of course selling it as the absolute latest in comfort, convenience, environment-friendliness etc. so it is 'bigger and better' than other cycles, hence the 'styrdæmper'.

The only place I can find a 'styrdæmper' is on a motorbike, and even then I don't know what it is and my deadline, due to a misunderstanding with the agency, was really yesterday...
