Danish term

sparebruser

Danish to English Tech/Engineering Engineering (general) water-saving toilet
A list of measures you can take to save water, including:
Anskaffe en sparebruser. Så bruger du ca. halvt så meget vand som med en almindelig bruser, nemlig mellem 6 og 12 liter i minuttet.
Does this just mean a water-saving toilet (which has been written elsewhere but not using this word, or is a 'sparebruser' something different, or a piece of equipment that can be inserted into a toilet to help save water?
TIA

low-flow shower heads

This is one way of saying it with over 33k Google hits. I suppose you could also call them high-efficiency shower heads; it doesn't seem that common, but it would definitely sound natural and be easily understood.
