børn og andre livsarvinger = children and remoter issue (grandchildren etc.)
fjernere livsarvinger = remoter issue
The point about 'fælles' is of course that they are 'joint' issue, as opposed to a 'særbarn', who is a separate child of one of the spouses with another partner.

Hard to phrase out of context - also to fathom if pregnancies are discounted in Danish law. They certainly are not in Eng. law.
Example sentence:
... the residue of the estate passes to the issue of the deceased: his children, grandchildren and any remoter descendants *living or en ventre sa mère* at ...
