Does anyone know what mge. means here please?
It is mentioned in the notes of a patient with various disorders including COPD.
" ...SAT 92–94, forlænget ekspir., ventoline mge. resten av parameter er i.a."
It's a very long file, and this is the only time Ventolin is mentioned, so I don't know if the patient is getting it as an inhaler or a nebuliser.
Is it perhaps something to do with a metered-dose, or is it an unofficial abbreviation for "management"?

mge = med god effect.
Or, if you prefer but is more long-winded: which has a good effect.
That's all.

Comment: "Ah thank you. The Danish medics seem to use a lot of unofficial abbreviations."
