רצ"ב או מצ"ב

It depends if it's an enclosure (e.g., attachment to an email) then = מצ"ב =מצורף בזאת,
OR if the enclosure follows the letter (e.g. like an appendix) then רצ"ב = רצוף בזה.

agree Naftali Guttman : I prefer מצורף + document name/description. Also לוט/ה or לוט בזה, but considered by some pompous.

This is usually used for "enclosure" in commercial letters
