Can anyone tell me how these are called in Israel?
It's about a boy who won the highest number of badges in his group (in the UK).
I checked the Israeli Scouts site (www.zofim.org.il) and couldn't find the answer...

אפשרות נוספת שעולה בדעתי היא - עיטור.
אבל עד כמה שאני מכיר את תנועת הצופים קוראים לזה אות. בניגוד לתג או סיכה שהם סמלים אותם עונדים כל חברי הצופים (בהתאם לשבט, "דרגה" וכו') באות זוכים באופן ספציפי עבור השלמת משימה ורכישת מיומנות מסוימת.
