Inter lock is a device that interrupts the current to the unit in certain conditions. (e.g. the current to your microwave when you open the door). It is clear that the device that detects the problem and activates the interlock is the MCU which is probably the brain of the system. The reason for this is the hazardous voltage detected somewhere. But it is also possible that the hazarduous voltage affected the MCU itself. This is why I can't offer you a good translation - I don't know who was affected by the hazard. . Since what you have is the message it can be assumed that this is a notification to the driver that the interlock had been activated due to the above.
