ותראי שזה מונח די מקובל.
מדובר פה בנתון, לא במכשיר (מגבר, שאת מציעה).
הצעתי להוסיף "בדציבלים" פשוט כדי לעשות את זה ברור יותר למי שלא מבין "שבח".
וכל המרבה הרי זה משובח...

| Thanks Doron. I saw this word in the Academy's site, but I am afraid it isn't commonly used and am wondering if there is a more common phrase. Should I understand from your reply that מגבר קליטה is wrong? |
| ST doesn't mention the value type (dBs). It's a function for the manufacturer to deal with only, so the user really only needs to know what it is - to recognize it, not do anything with it. |

Input Gain
When a signal enters the mixer, one of the first controls is the input gain. This is a knob which adjusts the signal level before it continues to the main parts of the channel. The input gain is usually set once when the source is plugged in and left at the same level — any volume adjustments are made by the channel fader rather than the gain control.
