qualcuno conosce l'equivalente italiano di "vacuum tumbling"?
The term “treating” as used herein refers to means of processing a food product such as poultry, including, for example, applying or adding the composition of the present invention to a non-standardized RTE comminuted meat products and standardized RTE comminuted meat products that permit the use of any safe and suitable antimicrobial agent, RTE meat and poultry products, raw pork sausage, RTE ground poultry sausage, ground poultry, ground beef, and washing poultry carcasses or cuts with the composition or applying it to the inside of the package or the product surfaces. Applying the composition to food products includes, but is not limited to, injection, ***vacuum tumbling***, brushing, spraying, or dipping."

Allora non mi è chiara la differenza tra i due termini ("zangolatura" e "burattatura"), potresti spiegarmela? Da una breve ricerca e guardando i tuoi link vedo "burattatura" associato ai metalli, per esempio.
