English to Italian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Legal title to and property in the Goods shall remain vested in the Company (even though they have been delivered and risk has passed to the Customer) until: (a) payment in full, in cash or cleared funds, for all the Goods has been received by the Company; and (b) all other money payable by the Customer to the Company ****on any other account*** or under the Contract or any other contract has been received by the Company.

In questo contesto, "on any other account" mi sembra non tanto "un altro conto", quanto più "per altri motivi, ad altro titolo"... È una mia impressione o ho azzeccato?
