Quick-Change Powder Packaging

This middle room houses our Quick-Change line, which packs orders for smaller product runs like Personal Protein Powder, as well as products for some of our smaller markets. This packaging line usually runs at a rate of up to 50 canisters per minute, which is the typical output for manufacturing lines in our industry.

Empty canisters enter the room through the back on the left side and are conveyed counter-clockwise through the line. As they move towards the front of the room, you can see them being filled using an AMS inline, two-headed filler. After filling, canisters pass through a metal detector, which ensures that no pieces of metal are in our product.

Every canister is then individually weighed to match the minimum weight on the labels. If a canister is under or overfilled, it will be rejected. As canisters continue down the line, they go through an automatic capper which applies the proper torque to each cap.

Next, a detection device rejects a canister if it is not properly capped prior to going through an induction sealer that literally fuses the seal foil underneath the cap to the top of the canister. The canisters then leave the “cleanroom” through the back on the right side to move on to labeling and final packaging, which you learned about in the previous video. And now, if you continue on to the next packaging in the room to your right, you’ll see one of our “piece de resistance” – the High-Speed Packaging line.

Ho visto su diversi siti che solitamente questa espressione viene lasciata in inglese...
Altrimenti potresti dire: cambiamento/variazione/mutazione veloce

veloce

è un sistema molto comune per questo tipo di macchine.
si potrebbe lasciare semplicemente "veloce", che si ricollegherebbe con quell'"alta velocità" finale.
