Bence adalet kaçkını, suçun işlendiği ülkede olup da adaletten kaçanları da kapsayan daha geniş bir terim. Burada özellikle suç işledikleri ülkedeki adaletten kaçıp başka ülkelere sığınmacı/mülteci olarak kaçanlardan bahseldiğini düşünüyorum. Bunlara verilecek en güncel örneklerden biri eski Tayland başbakanı Thaksin Shinawatra mesela.
