YOU have the all-important context, and if it's not shared with us we can only guess; this might for example just be an abbreviation for a subscription to the magazine "Refrigeration Weekly" - can't you help us just a little more?

was it a debit or a credit?? If a debit - probably a charge for a magazine subscription.
