"Lotus Domino is the leading collaborative platform in the marketplace today and will be especially attractive to Domino shops; so if the application and work includes workflows like an expense reporting application, find out if the customer has considered Domino. Where the customer will be building or maintaining their application."
...are these real shops or are they something else? I am asking this because in the context, I find it strange to imagine a shop, even e-shop...
thanks,

organisation or operation using Domino
Domino is evidently an IBM product and part of the Lotus family. 'Shop' is common sales jargon in NA (and elsewhere?) for referring to an enterprise, organisation, etc, particulary in expressions such as 'they're a Windows shop' = 'that organisation uses Windows'.
