Part of a video script, telephone conversation between ABC installation Supervisor and ABC Logistics Centre staff member:
"I’m calling about the button panels you shipped for the bank one elevators on our job at the XYZ Hotel ..."
Also, does 'bank one' mean 'bank number one' as in 'bank one', 'bank two', etc?
Thanks.

bank no. 1
You read it correctly. Skyscrapers have several banks of elevators. Merriam Webster defines bank as a set of elevators.

As this is a hotel, I would assume there are several (well, at least more than one) blocks in which lifts/elevators are to be installed. IOW, there are several lift lobbies. And each group of lifts appear to be known colloquially as "bank 1, bank 2, 3" etc.
