I think I would say "roubles" but "rubles" is ok too
if you want to include "russian" must be capitalized

: In UK English it's always "roubles", but Alexander's customer probably wants US English anyway.

: I think it's better, because there are also Belorussian Roubles. It's understood that, for a Russian company it is Russian Roubles.But since it is an official, legally binding document, it should be clear to the maximum extent. Plus the original tells you
