Tobacco products
I would like to know the exact meaning of the following phrase in the sentence below:
When you enjoy a Nat Sherman cigarette, you should know that there is "a family behind every pack".
For three generations we have been committed to crafting only the finest products from 100% additive-free natural tobacco.
We hope you enjoy with reserve and thank you for your continuted support.
To which family is the above phrase referring to? Is it the Nat Sherman family or families of the employees who work at the Nat Sherman Co. who work hard to maintain the high quality of the products?

: Right. Then implied meaning is that they are proud being the manufacturer of the cigarette.

Comment: "Thank you again, Graham, for your answer. However, I have one question. If "a family" here means the Nat Sherman family, why don't they use the word "our family" behind every pack? "

Discussion
There are many people whose world view declares that all that is created by God is good and all that is created by man is bad; that that which is "natural" is safe and that which is processed by man is dangerous. This world view is dead wrong. It is not additives in tobacco that make it dangerous, it is the tobacco itself.
The English phrase noted above has connotations that the tobacco is safe because it is natural and 100% additive free. A good translation will be able to transfer this unwritten connotation to the target language. I wonder about the ethics.
