I find it difficult to understand the phrase "in a positive move for" in the text mentioned hereunder:
Now farming operations by the likes of CH&P – farming out of Bordeaux – or new CO2-neutral brand Zwyer – from Switzerland and farming in Montevideo – together with increased ethical consumption and the recent embrace of farmed caviar by leading chefs, is turning the tide. Caviar aquaculture is becoming an increasingly popular business model not only in Uruguay but Spain, California, China, the UAE and, in a positive move for the Caspian Sea, Iran.
Would you kindly help rephrase it for me, so that I could be able to translate it into Arabic.

*I would separate some of these sentences to make it easier to translate. You could separate the part about Iran, for example. "Iran has also entered the market, which will be positive/provide and example for the entire Caspian Sea region." I think the author wants to indicate that if Iran enters the market, this "move" will pave the way for other regions in the region to develop caviar aquaculture industries too.
