English term

Sentence

English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
This transfer is made with full title guarantee and the land transferred *** is subject to *** any subsiting breach of a condition or tenants' obligation relating to the physical condition of the property which renders the registered lease liable to forfeiture.

I need a rewording.

From a contract for sale.

Thanks in advance.

re: sentence

Hi Wiskey, the paragraph seems correct as is and I don't believe it should present any problem of comprehension even by lay person. The only problem may be the term "subsiting", which may be mispelled and I believe should be "subsisting" and which means (existing)the existence or presence of violations to the terms of the lease. You could rephrase it ""This transfer is made with full title guarantee and the land *** transferred, is subject to *** any existing breach of a condition or tenants' obligations in refrence to physical condition of the property, which makes the registering of the lease liable to forfeiture. hope it helps
