Westgard rules are a multiple QC rules. Is that mean we evaluate QC data using Westgard rules? If so, why "Westgard rules be evaluated with..."? It seems it should be "the QC data was evaluated with ok or x using Westgard rules? right?

The "with ok or x" part is definitely not right. A typo maybe?

individual westgard

I would presume the OK is used where an item is not reject and X (as in a cross) is used where an item is rejected.
