You can ***survey***, zoom, scroll, and highlight your data.

It's about a data analysis software; described are the features one can activate with the cursor and apply on a curve displaid on the screen.

I don't understand what they mean by "to survey" a graph/diagram - any input would be greatly appreciated

Statistial Survey

conducting Statistical Survey on the data is most probably a choice whose degree of probability depends on th kind of the data.
