mistake for 'flour of pumice'??

This website is the only hit for 'flour-based pumice' - the phrase doesn't make sense to me, as pumice is a type of stone in itself and can't be made of flour. So either this isn't pumice we're talking about, but rather a kind of flour-based abrasive agent - or it's a simple mistake, and the phrase they were aiming for was 'flour of pumice', i.e. a fine abrasive powder made of pumice.

Hope this helps. Example of usage in the ref.
