• Hyper PIR—Combine with AUTO PIR feature ***bullet*** from current package. Copy: Motion sensor reaches out to 60’ or choose AUTO PIR for auto sensitivity based on temperature.
• Freeze Frame Shutter—Replace Wide Screen ***Bullet***. Copy: Anti-Blur setting for Night Vision Shutter. User can choose High, Med, Low Shutter Speed.
• Keep—Temp Stamp ***Bullet*** and Copy and Combine with Moon Phase Stamp. Copy: Moon/Temp Stamp. Every image is automatically stamped with temp and moon phase at time of capture.

I don't know how this relates to the business that generated your document, but a bullet can also be a way of setting off text or choices within a text:
