This is what they call them. As far as i know, there is no specific term to differentiate "first-rate" Canadians from anyone else in Canada. HTH.

Maybe "First-rate Canadians" or something similar.

I *like* Canada, with Vancouver, B.C. being a particular favorite. Great people, nice ambiance, access to both the mountains AND the Pacific Ocean, not to mention Chinatown & some of the attractions. Whew!
