This is clearly Non-PRO for translators doing a lot of work government-related work but still ... most of us will not be that familiar with this field as it is in many cases not available through translation agencies but only through the actual governments, and I am not either.
I did some slightly less in-depth research, to no avail.
It can hardly be Chancellor, or can it?
