Basically, I agree with Giusi. It's just that "so-named" isn't something I'd say - I'd say "so-called".

Google (just for the UK) gives 15 hits for \"so-called Seveso directive\" and none for \"so-named Seveso directive\". Worldwide, Google gives 86 hits for \"so-called Seveso directive\", but still none for \"so-named Seveso directive\".

So I\'m not the only one who wouldn\'t say \"so-named\"...
