DISTURBINGLY BEAUTIFUL is another expression that you could use, although personally I\'d stick with \"terrifyingly\" as it\'s closer to the Italian.

I don't find the adverbs "awfully" or "frightfully" particularly scary.
One of the first websites in the search talks about Michelle Pfeiffer, whose beauty I find breathtaking- I'd go for "frighteningly" myself
