Japanese term

電飾広告

Japanese to English Marketing Advertising / Public Relations Advertising medium
This refers to the lights that Lindbergh saw on arriving in Paris -- I found that it was an ad by automaker Citroen, apparently the name CITROEN spelled out in lights on the Eiffel Tower. But what can I call it?
