I think this is a person's job description on a pay slip. What could PJT be short for? And is bijaya an alternative spelling for biaya? Another senior position is Datuk Paduka Maharaja Lela - the Grand Chamberlain (I found these English equivalents in the book Malaysian Protocol - they appear to be in the style of those in the Buckingham Palace household)
