Malay term

anggaran

Malay to English Bus/Financial Law: Taxation & Customs High Court writ
I know the dictionary definition of this word, but need to know if there is a standard translation in the following context:-

... kenaikan 10% berjumlah [several amounts] telah ditambahkan terhadap cukai bagi Tahun-Tahun Taksiran 1988, 1989 (Anggaran), 1989 (Tambahan), 1990, 1991, 1992, 1994 menurut subseksyen 103(4) Akta Cukai Pendapatan, 1967.

I also need to know if there is a standard translation for "tambahan" in this context, but will post this as a separate question.

refers to tax first assessed by estimated figures (usually based on previous year's figures). "Tambahan" is the Supplementary assessment which is made based on actual figures, and makes up for the difference between Estimated and actual assessments.
Note: "anggaran" is budget in Indonesian, but estimated/s in Malay
