of the reference to "20% stilling" in the following
phrase from a company's staff manual:
Den kollektive pensjonsforsikringen, innskuddsbasert
pensjon, omfatter alle fast ansatte som har minst *20
% stilling* i firmaet.
Can some kind soul ease my misery, please?
