"(in cazul furnizorilor de gaze naturale) - In cadrul NECESARULUI pt consumatorii din piata reglementata va fi prezentatat distinct cererea pt consumatorii casnici si pt producatorii de energie termica, numai pt cantitatea de gaze naturale utilizata la producerea de energie termica in centralele de cogenerare si in centralele termice destinata consumului populatiei."

Textul se refera la "necesar" ca la un substantiv, nu adjectiv cum in gasesc in toate dictionarele. Nu stiu cum sa-l abordez.
Stiu ca a mai fost intrebat, dar mi se pare ca nu se potriveste nicio varianta textului meu.

necessity We have a noun in English "necessity", but if the idea is regarding the demand vs supply as meirs suggests (demand), you would not need to use necessity.
