Romanian term

m-am zbânţuit fără probleme

Romanian to English Art/Literary General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters
Limbaj colocvial. Mulţumesc anticipat.

I bopped and bounced

E o idee.
L-am intalnit acum ceva vreme si eu asa cred ca s-ar traduce. Iata si cateva contexte:
" ***I bopped and bounced*** to that all the way back to work with the volume cranked up and I didn’t care what people thought when they saw me."

"Last nite's (that's Wednesday for those of y'all reading this on a different timescale to my posting of it) gig was super great fun and ***I bopped and bounced*** and threw shapes like a good'n."

Cu siguranta mai gasesti cateva daca dai un search.

frolic

Cineva care s-a zbenguit, zbantuit, a zburdat, s-a tinut numai intr-o petrecere.
Cum zicea nea Gica Petrescu : "Tine-o pe si, tine-o pe re,
Tine-o intr-o petrecere!"
Example sentence:

"I've been frolicking like there is no tomorrow!"

"I've been frolicking

Nu pusesem intreaga propozitie, asa ca voi face o noua intrare.
Aici este un exemplu unde chiar este folosit pentru o femeie gravida, Urmati link-ul va rog. Iata citatul, in engleza:
"M.I.A, who’s known for her hit song Paper Planes, busted out on the stage of the Grammy’s on her due date. Performing along side these legendary rappers, M.I.A. completely stole the show. It was pert near impossible to pay attention to anything else, yeah an extremely pregnant woman frolicking in the floodlights is kinda hard to look away from. "

O alta expresie este "I've been cavorting" dar are un inteles mai sexual, ar putea fi potrivit totusi, nu stim sigur ce voia sa spuna doamna, daca nu vedem tot contextul.
Example sentence:

"I've been frolicking in such an offbeat pregnancy!"
