Мне кажется, что именно этот термин имеется в виду. В русских текстах чаще употребляется именно упрощенный вариант "индекс тромбогенности". Примеры:

According to Goldman et al., the thrombogenicity index was calculated. The mean thrombogenicity index for group A was 0.23 +/- 0.02 in contrast to 0.33 +/- 0.05 for group B (p greater than .05). Mean platelet survival was 5.59 +/- 0.23 days in group A in contrast to 5.34 +/- 0.05 days in group B (p greater than .05).
