Русский текст не очнь удачен- "сопровождение" на русском языке созвучно по смыслу с "эскорт"(следовать повсюду,со - провожать).То, что они хотели выразить- называется в медицине "патронаж на дому"-можно даже без "на дому", т.к. значение патронажа подразумевает наблюдение и посильную медпомощь(не будут же у нее роды дома принимать)- на дому. Но я не уверена в отношении "патронаж" в англоговорящих странах. Для США самое привычное и широко употребляемое (см. ответ).

They want to write about \"patronaz\" - it\'s the term we used for these cases.But I am not quite sure that it\'s meaning - to watch,attend and help with possible needs - the same for \"patronaz\" in English. I didn\'t find the word in Med. Dict.So, for USA the most common in such cases is-
\"out-patient care for HIV-positive pregnant woman\".
