Вышеуказанное наверное лучше подходит в смысле "от тебя не убудет"
Если жалко чего-то конкретного, напр. одолжить соседу соли/спичек:
Would you begrudge him a bit of salt/a few matches?
Can't you spare him a bit of salt/a few matches?
Если призыв не жадничать - Don't be a miser/scrooge!

: Ирина, мне казалось, у этой фразы другой смысл. Больше как наша "да на здоровье, мне-то что, хосспади". Другие словари и формулировки это, кажется, подтверждают, e.g. https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/its-no-...

: This translation could fit some situations in which the Russian phrase might be used, though not all. In the absence of wider context, it's a possibility and a much better start than err, that other, wild answer.

Comment: "Спасибо, я остановился на чем-то вроде этого: (Why) Can’t you spare a bit more? - Тебе жалко, что ли?"

Would it kill you to...
For example, "would it kill you to let me have a turn?"
But, as Mark has said in the discussion, we really need more context.

: This could work in some contexts, but not in others. "Would it kill you to put your dirty dishes in the sink?" is one natural-sounding usage example where the Russian phrase wouldn't apply.
