Discussion
This confusing array of words tries to resolve the confusion created by two possible uses of "dead": (1) there is no connection to it. (2) there is a signal coming, but it does not respond to light. I don't feel I will sound like a fool if I simply say "dead" in all cases. They are dead for all practical purposes and are handled in the same way regardless of the cause -- by dark frame subtraction.
Pixels on a camera's matrix perform a different function: they don't display a picture, they record light so stuck is less applicable.
Let's sort out "dead" vs. "stuck". I am going to equalise my endorsements because we don't know the exact meaning of "битые". Essentially, there are three words in use:
stuck = stuck in whatever state there is.
dead = stuck at 0;
hot = stuck at some non-zero value;
dead = all of the above.
defective = all of the above.
I hear "dead" in the all-encompassing sense more often than any other word.
